Terms & Conditions — baji36 Platform Rules

To register an account with baji36, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age will be requested during KYC verification and must be provided within 30 days of registration.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register a player account.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended baji36 account. One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. False or misleading registration information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that covers the baji36 platform.

baji36 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your baji36 account. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify baji36 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• baji36 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
• Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a breach.

baji36 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your account settings and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases. Where a delay occurs due to the payment provider's processing schedule, baji36 is not responsible for the delay.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. baji36 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
• baji36 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• baji36 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance if KYC documents are not provided within the stipulated timeframe, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

baji36 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Only real-money bets contribute to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Bonus-funded bets contribute at the rate specified per game category.
• baji36 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with these terms or the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds to hedge bets, or exploiting promotional offers through systematic play designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome, will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of any related winnings.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, IPL, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific validity periods and opt-in requirements as communicated at the time of launch.

All bets placed on the baji36 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. General betting conduct rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. baji36 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome display, or payout calculation, baji36 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings arising from a manifest error will not be paid.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches). Bets on in-play markets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended without notice when a significant event occurs (e.g., wicket, boundary, injury).
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to place bets programmatically is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.
• All casino games use certified random number generators. baji36 does not manipulate outcomes and publishes indicative return-to-player rates for all game categories.

baji36 is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer programme and apply anti-money laundering controls as follows:

• All members are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence accompanied by proof of address.
• baji36 may request KYC documentation at any point during a member's lifecycle, including during a withdrawal request, following a large win, or if unusual account activity is detected.
• Accounts will be suspended and funds held pending investigation if baji36 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• baji36 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players are advised that depositing funds derived from illegal activities is prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution.

baji36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all members directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Either party may close a baji36 account at any time. The following conditions apply:

• You may request voluntary account closure by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to closure, provided KYC is complete and no irregularities are present.
• baji36 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, if a member breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or is found to have provided false registration information.
• Where an account is closed by baji36 due to a terms breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited if the breach involved fraud, abuse of bonuses, or money laundering. In all other cases, the remaining balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. baji36 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee, which will not exceed ৳200 per month.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji36's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. baji36 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or payment processors.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or keep credentials confidential.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind, even if baji36 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

All content on the baji36 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the intellectual property of baji36 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any platform content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use baji36 trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without our express written consent.

baji36 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

baji36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, baji36 will provide notice via the email address registered to your account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which baji36 is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.
